Dear Friends

I find it unacceptable that the Catalan Parliament  intends to restrict and simplify public administration, which is being used to effectively suppress the independence of some cultural institutions like the Institució de les Lletres Catalanes.

I hope that a protest from the cultural environment will be effective in preventing the bill from being passed
